公司建立了以“专业、职级”双项发展为核心的人力资源规划路径,为员工打造了多平台职业发展体系。从新员工入职培训、职业素养引导到带教辅导、实战总结等相关发展流程都配备有专业规划与指导。


►新员工入职培训

加强新员工对行业发展、企业文化,商业模式及管理规范等方面的了解,为其更快地适应公司发展做好初期准备。


►职业素质引导

不定期的举办沟通会,为新员工进行心理素质培训和心理疏导,帮助其树立正确的人生观和价值观,并提供参考性的意见和建议。同时不定期的举办各类团体活动,增强员工间的合作意识,锻炼员工对复杂事务的处理、协调能力,进一步提高员工对公司的信任感和责任感。
